Travis - Service Advisor Supreme - Travis will greet you, write up your concerns, and dispatch the work to the technician pool. The technician will report back to Travis, in writing, and Travis will call you with recommendations and the cost!
Tom - Service Technician - Tom has been working on cars since the 1960's. Tom is a recertified ASE Master Technician. There is hardly a problem that Tom cannot find, fix and resolve. Tom's attitude is fantastic and enthusiastic about Toyota and Lexus. (He loves other cars but unfortunately, we are not specialists of hot 60s Chevys.)
Brandon - Service Technician - Brandon is an ASE Certified Master Technician. Brandon is very conscientious and found himself at the top of his graduating class at Lexus School. With his experience, ASE Master status and Lexus schooling, Brandon is a top-notch tech.

Jerry - Why he loves Chevrolet is beyond us all. They break down, catch on fire, fail without warning, explode at 80,000 miles, are generally 20 years behind Toyota technology, as well parts are never available and suppliers are questionable. "So Jerry, if you love Chevy so much, why do you have two Toyotas?" I hear Chevrolet of Iceland has an opening! Maybe you should check it out!
